The Cube is the world's biggest-selling toy EVER. Over 300 million of them have been sold, throughout the world .

A few years ago my brother tried to teach me a couple of hints and tricks to help me solve a Rubik’s Cube and it took me almost a day to complete it! Since it normally took him a few minutes to solve this mind boggling puzzle, I swore to never touch it again as it made me feel stupid... After more than a decade of avoiding The Cube, we met again, only this time I was faced with the first completely electronic version of the supposedly solvable cube. According to its manufacturers, anyone can now easily learn how to solve The Cube, step by step. Players are able to ask for a hint or watch the Rubik’s Touch Cube solve itself while an internal memory allows players to save their current puzzle enabling them to resume play anytime.
Having made this discovery, I was happy and no longer intimidated by The Cube.

That is, until I came across this homemade dodecahedral masterpiece, which would challenge even the best of Rubik’s Cube solving contenders.

Well ..... how do I feel about this new homemade Puzzle ? I feel compilitly stupid .
Now the only thing that makes me feel better about Rubik’s Cube is that  I also find out about a French artist called ‘invader’ who is famous for making installations around various cities inspired by the Space Invaders game. This time however he has used Rubik’s cubes to make pieces of art from the Mona Lisa to iconic images from films.
Well at least there is another use for it apart of making me feel stupid .
